Following the Richmond Forum’s event on Saturday about the “Two Party Problem”, UpVote is hosting a webinar to dig deeper on Ranked Choice Voting and its potential in Richmond. This virtual event is open to the public. We’ll cover what RCV is and how it works in Virginia and how it leads to responsive and accurate representation, and hear from City officials about ways RCV and other innovations contribute to citizen engagement.
