This opportunity provides volunteers to speak directly to voters about ranked-choice voting. Manassas City's 40th Annual Jubilee is an assortment of fun for kids and adults with over 100 craft and community booths, live music and entertainment, food, and more! The event takes place October 7th and is located at Historic Downtown Manassas.
